The Bark Van

Hi, I’m Daniel, the human behind The Bark Van. The idea for The Bark Van started while I was working as a delivery driver. One of my favourite parts of the job was meeting the dogs at the houses I visited. Some would be waiting by the door, full of energy and clearly ready for something more exciting than another day at home.

That stayed with me. I wanted to create something that gave dogs more than a quick walk around the block, with time to run, sniff, play, make friends and enjoy being part of a crew.

So, in June 2024, I filled a van with pups and The Bark Van was born.

Today, The Bark Van has grown into a crew of more than 50 pups, with our Dog Adventure Groups heading out to explore parks around Brisbane each week. I collect them from home and bring them back happy, tired and ready for a very good nap.
